This started with an email from our friends at Lollar about their new Bass VI pickups. “We think they’d make a killer normal S-type pickup, want to try them?”
…and they were right! Bass VI pickups have a heavy copper base plate similar to a telecaster giving them a tighter bottom end (makes sense right?). To us, they actually remind us of a combination of a Jaguar pickup and a Tele. We LOVE this combo.
Highwood Saddles
We will never install a 6pt trem with out these Highwood Contour Saddles. All the vibe and tone of the vintage stamped saddle but no screw to chew up your hand.
