What is the KR5000? It’s a one off prototype we made for the Sonore Festival (Montreal Guitar Show). Doug’s been experimenting with the modern, ergonomic design ideas and the KR5000 explores all of those concepts. Designed to be exceedingly well balanced along with being able to rest in the classical position when played sitting. An ultra light swamp ash body, maple reverse headstock neck and a beach-fade finished buckeye burl top!
